TICKETING

  • Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, in person at the Iron Horse box office, or at the door when tickets remain available.

    The box office is located at 18 Center St. in Northampton and is open 2:30–4:00pm on Iron Horse show days. Phone: (413) 200-0425

  • Yes, if the show is not sold out. We recommend buying in advance for popular shows.

  • Tickets are digital. Show them on your phone or print them before you arrive. If you can't access your tickets, bring a valid photo ID and our staff can look up your order by name.

  • Search your email for the show name, "The Parlor Room," "Iron Horse," or "PatronManager," and check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find them, contact us with the name on the order, the show date, and the email address used at purchase.

  • Ticketing fees cover processing and ticketing system costs. We aim to show the full price before you complete your purchase. If something looks unclear, please contact us.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CHANGES

  • Tickets are generally nonrefundable unless a show is canceled or rescheduled.

    If a show is rescheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date. If you can't attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. If a show is canceled, refunds will be processed automatically.

    Please note: Supporting acts and openers are always subject to change.

  • In most cases, no. If you have a specific situation, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

  • We don't facilitate ticket transfers, but you can transfer tickets by forwarding the original confirmation email – including the QR code – to the recipient.

    We strongly recommend purchasing only through our official website. Tickets from resellers or third-party sources cannot be guaranteed as valid.

  • Additional tickets may not be available. If more are released, they'll appear on the event page. Purchasing through our official website or box office is the safest way to avoid invalid tickets or scams.

DOORS, ARRIVAL, AND ENTRY

  • For Iron Horse shows, the bar and kitchen generally open two hours before showtime and the main performance room opens one hour before showtime. Matinees may have later door times. For Parlor Room shows, doors generally open 30 minutes before showtime.

    Always check the event page for the most accurate information.

  • When the bar opens, guests may enter through 18 Center St. and receive a numbered card indicating their place in the entry sequence. When the performance room is ready, staff call parties in order, usually in groups of 10. A line may form outside if the bar reaches capacity.

  • Live shows depend on artist arrival, soundcheck, and setup. We do our best to open on time, but may need to delay if these are still in progress.

  • At some Iron Horse shows, guests may enter the bar area before the main performance room opens. When numbered entry cards are being used, your card determines your entry order into the performance space.

    If waiting in line is difficult because of a disability, medical condition, pregnancy, mobility need, etc., please contact us in advance or speak with staff when you arrive. We will do our best to help you avoid unnecessary standing.

  • No. Your numbered card holds your place, and you're welcome to visit the bar while waiting. However, you must be present when your number is called. If you are not, you may lose your place and will be admitted upon your return.

  • You can still enter after the show begins, but please be mindful of the artists and other guests. Staff may ask you to wait for an appropriate moment to enter.

    Reserved and concierge seats may be released if you arrive late. Premium Member concierge seats may be released 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.

SEATING

  • It varies by show. Some are reserved, some general admission, and some may include an open floor for dancing. Check the event page before buying.

  • No. The Iron Horse mezzanine/balcony is not currently wheelchair accessible. Accessible seating is available on the first floor.

  • Yes. Contact accessibility@parlorroom.org before the show when possible. If you're already at the venue, check in with staff when you arrive and we'll do our best to help.

  • Most guests can reserve specific seats only when a show offers reserved seating at checkout. Premium Members may request reserved seating through Concierge Service, subject to availability.

MEMBERSHIP & DISCOUNTS

  • Members receive early access to select shows before the general public, limited to 4 tickets per show per membership account. Once tickets go on sale publicly, members may purchase additional tickets at the member price if available.

  • Log in to the member portal where your discount will be applied automatically when you add tickets to your cart. If it doesn't appear, contact the box office for assistance.

  • Not always. Some giving levels include membership benefits, but a donation doesn't automatically create an active membership unless that benefit is specifically included. For questions, contact memberships@parlorroom.org.

  • Premium Members may request complimentary tickets for qualifying shows, subject to availability and membership level. Complimentary tickets are generally not available for sold-out shows, premium-priced shows, festivals, rentals, or special events. Premium Members may also donate complimentary tickets to the Community Ticket Program.

FOOD, DRINK, AND VENUE POLICIES

  • No outside food or drink is allowed at the Iron Horse. The Parlor Room is BYOB for beer and wine only; outside food is not permitted.

  • Yes, there is a curated kitchen menu. Availability may vary by show so please check the Food & Drink page for current information.

  • Most PRCO events are all ages unless otherwise noted. Check the event page for show-specific age restrictions.

  • Minors 16 or 17 may attend open mics, workshops, and community programming without a parent or guardian by checking in at the box office, providing an emergency contact, and following our Code of Conduct. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated adult unless staff has approved an exception in advance.

    PRCO staff are not responsible for supervising minors outside formal youth programming. Check the website or contact the box office if you're unsure whether a specific show has age restrictions.

  • Policies vary by artist and show. Follow posted signs and staff instructions. If an artist requests no photos or videos, please respect that. Only staff film crew may be on the stairs or side stage.

  • Speak with a staff member as soon as possible. We'd much rather help in the moment than hear afterward that something got in the way of your experience.
